Helicopter Exceedance & Trend Monitoring
Our Exceedance and Trend Monitoring Systems are designed to provide accurate monitoring and recording while providing alert tones to the pilot based on the Rotorcraft Flight Manual (RFM) limits. The ETM1000 is built as an affordable turn-key system that includes options for cycle counting, 3rd party data transmission interface and our patented iOS Remote Gauge App for HESLO. The kit includes a pre-assembled airframe wire harness and graphing/trending software with NO yearly maintenance fees.

Shed a light on Exceedances & Trends
Continually Monitor & Record Data
All parameters are continually monitored and record historical data with a date and time stamp of normal conditions along with any parameter exceeded, its duration and peak value.
Instruments & Warning Tones
The ETM1000 provides limit caution via an audible warning side tone for the pilot's headset along with an instrument panel mounted annunciator for visual caution/warning of exceedances and system health.
Post-Flight Analysis
All data is continually written to a removable SD card where the recorded data can be transferred to a PC running our supplied graphing and trending suite.
